The GrizKidz non-profit program was created to provide
financially disadvantaged children in Missoula the opportunity
to experience the incredible atmosphere of Grizzly home football
games. Recognizing that some families cannot afford to send
their children to Washington-Grizzly Stadium on Saturday afternoons,
six former University of Montana football players found a
way to give back to a community that continually shows phenomenal
support for Grizzly athletics.
Mike Rankin, Thad Huse, Mike McGowan, Tim Polich, Bryan Tripp, Mike Bouchee, and Dallas Neil's combined efforts have created a very
special opportunity for underprivileged kids from all over
Montana. So far, more than 100 UM season ticket holders have
donated their tickets and others have directly purchased tickets
specifically for the GrizKidz program – allowing area
kids to personally take part in the remarkable Grizzly football
environment.
Along with ticket donations, GrizKidz also raises money to
purchase tickets that the University of Montana makes available
to the program for every Grizzly home football game. Cash
donations can be sent to Griz Kidz, P.O. Box 2332, Missoula,
MT 59806, or tickets can be purchased from the University’s
ticket office for the GrizKidz Program.
For further information, please visit our booth outside the ticket office on day. Please contact us if you have any questions about making a cash donation or if you know of an individual or group of kids who might be interested in attending a game. We will contact for further information. For privacy reasons, please do not put names of children in the form.
